David Genovese founded Baywater Properties in 2001 after a 12-year career in real estate investment banking in New York and London. He was Co-Head of Real Estate Investment Banking at Credit Suisse First Boston and a Managing Director at Bankers Trust Company. Over his career, David managed transactions exceeding $15 billion, including mergers, equity offerings, and securitized financings. He holds degrees from Colby College, The London School of Economics, and an MBA from The Wharton School. David is on the boards of The Human Services Council of Norwalk, the Darien Athletic Foundation, and The Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut. He was named one of Fairfield County’s “40 under 40” business leaders in 2007
