NAIOP Connecticut & Suburban New York has merged with NAIOP New York City!

As of 2025, the Connecticut & Suburban New York Chapter of NAIOP has closed its doors and merged with the NAIOP New York City Chapter to form NAIOP New York City Metro. This transition marks an exciting new chapter that will allow us to better serve our members and the broader commercial real estate industry with enhanced resources, expanded programming, and a unified voice.
